Nimtim were the architects and project managers that we employed to plan and organise an extensive development of the kitchen, breakfast room and lobby in our detached 1896 house in a Conservation Area in Lewisham. In a proactive and flexible way they translated our ideas for change into practical plans that, used by our builders and kitchen designers, were translated into a suite of adjoining rooms that was beautiful and ergonomically effective. They interacted with great diplomatic skill with structural engineers, builders, Lewisham Council and out kitchen designers. We were always impressed by the professionalism of Nimtim and by their calm and effective way of responding to our inevitable "in course corrections" when we had second thoughts about our initial ideas. In every case they responded with insight to our changes. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.

Haru designed our loft, managed the hiring of the contractor and then handled the project management of the build. He brought a fresh and impressive vision to the project which he backed up with extremely detailed plans and an attention to detail that was second to none. The project Martyna completed was for the renovation of a 1930s bay fronted house in South East London. *Martyna was very approachable and considered my project very carefully. The site was respectfully planned out and we discussed our options together, to fit details in and around a restricted budget. Martyna was forthcoming with ideas and proposals and suggested suitable builders and engineers for the planning and execution of the renovation. Martyna had the insight to suggest particular and beneficial upgrade work that went above and beyond my expectations. We maintained regular and professional communication in order to maintain our completion date. A very well finished project.
