The brief we gave was to get change of use on the site and planning for as many units as possible. It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. We were taken through the planning procedures and felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. I am delighted with the final plans and the achievements made by Ackroyd and Assocs. We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. We would recommend Johan to anyone who needs a good architect!

Adrian Hill has been very helpful, listened carefully to gain an understanding of the style I wanted and came up with a beautiful design for a kitchen extension and a means of extending space in a small upstairs bedroom in my mid-terrace house. He helped to identify an excellent company for undertaking the work, checked and explained contracts and other documentation, has liaised with the construction company throughout, ensured specifications were met and prompted them to keep to schedule. Some of the work remains incomplete due to the COVID-19 lockdown but that is beyond everyone's control and I'm confident it will be completed in the coming weeks. The price charged by Adrian HIll Architects was reasonable (I spoke with three architects before selecting Adrian Hill Architects) and overall is a pleasure to work with Adrian. In my view he is a very good architect and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. However we do offer a more precise and detailed survey which is beneficial if there are future works or planning or even to calculate energy efficiency. I have worked on new build for garage infills, where clients wants to sell off the plot of land with planning. Interior design with Materiality. My works consists of Moet&Chandon, Fenwick and SKP shopping mall. I am still a working profession who enjoys interior design and BIM. I can create 3D visuals, walk through and plans.
