I have more than 20 years experience working in residential projects. I assist my clients with their brief and provide sketch designs. I deal with planning applications and planning conditions. I prepare detailed drawings for building control and construction purposes and I act as the principal designer for CDM and Building Regulations for domestic clients. My clients like the flexibility of working with me for the whole or parts of their projects. I do single storey and double storey extension projects, loft conversions, house renovations, new bathroom and joinery detailing projects.
