Veronique was very easy to deal with; she was responsive to all communication; she did extensive research where it was needed; she proposed even more layout options than we required; she submitted all drawings on time, to the schedule and to the brief. Hi, Rustem had been liaising with me, to complete and submit the drawings for our Outbuilding project/planning permission. He proposed some brilliant ideas, and helped submit the application. I have discovered Rustem to be very friendly, would strongly recommend him. Rustem made sure that all pre-requisites to submit the application were met. Absolute waste of time and energy. Arrange a date and time on multiple occasions and failed to how up and then blocked me. Waste all my time sending docs and travelling to the property (1 hour each way) to meet him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.

Overall we are happy with the work that has been done, however the whole experience has been soured by the fact that I am still chasing to have the new hot water cylinder properly commissioned almost 2 years after installation meaning I cannot have it serviced and won't be able to claim on the warranty if things go wrong. My home insurance will also not pay out on any damage that may be caused. The other issue is that the two consumer units that were installed have not been labelled so I have no idea which breaker does what, this is a safety concern. My many attempts to contact Mandeep about this have been fruitless, I'm just being ignored.

I'm afraid I was dissatisfied with Pauls visit, I'm not sure what I paid £250 for as nothing concrete given in terms of options and no follow up paperwork for nearly three weeks which had been promised after first visit. A shame as very impressed with Joel whom I spoke with initially. Perhaps our £100k budget was too low for this companies full attention.
