Omar designed stage 4 plans for my loft extension. He was very helpful and asked lots of great questions in the briefing stage, and then spent time adjusting the previous plans I had for planning permission to get the maximum ceiling height and light. The ceiling height is not something I had thought of but really makes the space. He was also quick to send references and his previous clients were also very positive about their work with him. We can prepare and submit drawings on your behalf, for Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval. Also, we can carry out the structural design, meaning you don't need to employ an architect! However, if you have drawings done already, we are happy to price your project and build from these.
Asset Lofts came to our rescue when another company had let us down. They were professional and genuinely supportive right from the outset. The loft conversion (inc. full chimney removal) and patio works were completed in 5 weeks and this in our eyes was a building miracle. The workmanship and finish is of the highest standard. Hired Brian, to design the layout for a 1st floor extension, new ensuite, layout reconfiguration and an orangery extension. He was very knowledge and professional with his approach he thinks beyond just the general designs. He is able to highlight logistical and building issues at the design stage and deliver potential solutions to over come such problems rather than dealing with them at build stage when it could be costly and counter productive.
