I am an ARB and RIBA chartered and conservation registrant architect, with over 10 years of experience and a strong passion for architecture. I developed a greater understanding of planning law and building regulations by working on RIBA stages 0 to 6 for residential renovation, extension, and new build schemes. I have worked across a variety of projects and I have gained technical skills and a deep understanding of the industry; also have experience over the years in commercial projects, Green Belt and international competitions. I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model.
