It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. I'm afraid I was dissatisfied with Pauls visit, I'm not sure what I paid £250 for as nothing concrete given in terms of options and no follow up paperwork for nearly three weeks which had been promised after first visit. A shame as very impressed with Joel whom I spoke with initially. Perhaps our £100k budget was too low for this companies full attention.
