The brief we gave was to get change of use on the site and planning for as many units as possible. It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. We were taken through the planning procedures and felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. I am delighted with the final plans and the achievements made by Ackroyd and Assocs. Kin and Liza have completed new plans for a second planning permission. They are creative with plenty of new, modern ideas; from the start of the project they have suggested a number of options, they liaised with the council and kept me updated every step of the project. Their approach is professional but friendly at the same time. They have a good knowledge of how planning permissions are granted and they always tried to find a compromise between what the clients would ask for and what the council will approve. I personally found it very easy to work with them and I would highly recommend them for any architectural project.

Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional.
