They provided a scheme sympathetic to the style of our property and and have included many cutting edge design features. The result is a job well done, on time and within budget. White Red have great contacts within the trades which we evaluated and used. Having Jesus as our management contact made sense and definitely worked well for us. We shall be using White Red again. I'm afraid I was dissatisfied with Pauls visit, I'm not sure what I paid £250 for as nothing concrete given in terms of options and no follow up paperwork for nearly three weeks which had been promised after first visit. A shame as very impressed with Joel whom I spoke with initially. Perhaps our £100k budget was too low for this companies full attention.

Finally completed our extension after much back and forth. Freedom were good at revising plans and helping us along on our journey. There were a couple of errors in the original measurements which we didn't pick up until shovels went into the ground, but in fairness, they were quick to remediate. They updated them and got the structural engineers to recalculate promptly. Overall, good value and we felt they showed partnership & commitment considering the time it took from planning to completion.

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Aggi and Pedro were excellent. They helped me to decide what fixtures and fittings I needed (including also doing some research themselves) and when it came to fitting the new bathroom they did it to a high standard and were tidy/cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

We really enjoyed working with KehoeWalsh Architects on our full house refurbishment and extension. We selected them due to their design ideas when we initially met. The practice consistently found creative solutions to difficult issues. We have received a high level of detail in the drawings and the drawings considered a lot more than we would have expected. We have really appreciated the level of thought and consideration that has been present throughout the process. The practice has delivered a truly bespoke home which stands out from other designs, through both with its design intent and detailing. Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.

Did the drawings and looked after submitting for planning permission. We’re having a large dormer added to our bungalow to add a second floor. Dom had some great ideas and we’re really happy with the plans he’s drawn up. He looked after all the dealings with the council, which made things very easy for us. Very friendly & professional and clearly takes pride in his work. The drawings were done within a few days of his site visit and all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Dom to anyone.
