Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. We are currently in the process of fully renovating our 4 bedroom house in Epsom. The project includes structural changes, plus a garage conversion and a loft conversion. Niamh from ID Studio 17 has been involved right from the start of the design phase through to the start of the build. During the design phase, Niamh provided a number sketches for each floor, showing what we could potentially do with the house. Her ideas were extremely creative - many of which would have never crossed our minds! After the design phase, when we had decided on what we wanted to do with each floor, Niahm not only started the technical drawings, but also handled all aspects of building control and the structural engineer. In addition, she helped us source items and materials for the project, which included several days spent visiting suppliers with us. Niamh has a very broad understanding of renovation/building work, from structural aspects to the soft furnishings, and she is also very driven. Her communication skills are great. I would certainly recommend ID Studio 17 for any renovation project!
