Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... We spoke with a number of architects for our project & having completed the project, I can say we are very happy with our choice of Colin & Niamh & would certainly recommend them. Particularly in terms of the design stage of things, we found their input invaluable. They came up with a design for both our loft & extension which included things we just never would have thought of on our own. They gave us different options for both parts of the build & were happy to let us steer them based on our preferences. After the design stage, during submissions for planning approval & subsequently throughout the build, they were always on hand to keep us posted & reply promptly to any queries we had. Compared to most of the other ‘professionals’ we encountered throughout the process, we found that they lived up to this moniker: they were professional & efficient from start to finish.
