The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.

Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. I was very pleased with the work he had carried out for me, from start to finish 100% I was overally satisfied. His attention to detail in the work and drawings where very good. We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.

Omar designed stage 4 plans for my loft extension. He was very helpful and asked lots of great questions in the briefing stage, and then spent time adjusting the previous plans I had for planning permission to get the maximum ceiling height and light. The ceiling height is not something I had thought of but really makes the space. He was also quick to send references and his previous clients were also very positive about their work with him. Adrian Hill has been very helpful, listened carefully to gain an understanding of the style I wanted and came up with a beautiful design for a kitchen extension and a means of extending space in a small upstairs bedroom in my mid-terrace house. He helped to identify an excellent company for undertaking the work, checked and explained contracts and other documentation, has liaised with the construction company throughout, ensured specifications were met and prompted them to keep to schedule. Some of the work remains incomplete due to the COVID-19 lockdown but that is beyond everyone's control and I'm confident it will be completed in the coming weeks. The price charged by Adrian HIll Architects was reasonable (I spoke with three architects before selecting Adrian Hill Architects) and overall is a pleasure to work with Adrian. In my view he is a very good architect and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
