We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. We would recommend Johan to anyone who needs a good architect!

Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Barry has designed our loft conversion and provided us with an outstanding drawings. He was always available for questions and if anything needed to be changed it was never an issue. He is an excellent architect who has been exceptionally helpful throughout this stressful project.The drawings he has provided were detailed, easy to understand and managed to offer us options to turn the staircase around without having to lose the box room. I have already recommended him to friends and will certainly use his services in the future if needed.
