Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. I was very pleased with the work he had carried out for me, from start to finish 100% I was overally satisfied. His attention to detail in the work and drawings where very good. We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. We would recommend Johan to anyone who needs a good architect!

Nimtim were the architects and project managers that we employed to plan and organise an extensive development of the kitchen, breakfast room and lobby in our detached 1896 house in a Conservation Area in Lewisham. In a proactive and flexible way they translated our ideas for change into practical plans that, used by our builders and kitchen designers, were translated into a suite of adjoining rooms that was beautiful and ergonomically effective. They interacted with great diplomatic skill with structural engineers, builders, Lewisham Council and out kitchen designers. We were always impressed by the professionalism of Nimtim and by their calm and effective way of responding to our inevitable "in course corrections" when we had second thoughts about our initial ideas. In every case they responded with insight to our changes. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Enclosure Architects do some beautiful, inspiring work, and Mark is a very nice guy.

Finally completed our extension after much back and forth. Freedom were good at revising plans and helping us along on our journey. There were a couple of errors in the original measurements which we didn't pick up until shovels went into the ground, but in fairness, they were quick to remediate. They updated them and got the structural engineers to recalculate promptly. Overall, good value and we felt they showed partnership & commitment considering the time it took from planning to completion.
