A 100ft extension that required a complete rebuild of the existing 1000 sq ft and a substantial steel package and design to deal with sub standard foundations. Mr Sedda was informative, provided a wealth of knowledge that helped to secure planning approval and delivered the detailed packages fast and with no mistakes. He interpreted my designs accurately bringing many of his own ideas to the design. Stefano is reliable with a wealth of professional knowledge especially in the planning and design arena. Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.

Armo was prompt and efficient and excellent service, initially I was a bit apprehensive due to the fact he had no reviews, but I had nothing to fear. We enlisted the help of Kate from Loud Architects for a bathroom and bedroom renovation in our East London Grade II listed terraced house. We found Kate on MyBuilder.com where we were immediately drawn by her ability to quickly understand our requirements, flexibility to meet with us after work and at our home, and finally how she was able to translate our vision and multiple pinterest boards into achievable building plans. She is a top notch architect but also has fantastic design sense and creativity. Kate is incredibly organized, puts together comprehensive meeting presentations and notes, design updates, precedents, and 'to do lists' for our own research/sourcing needs. She's taken our initial idea of a en-suite and family bath conversion into a bathroom oasis that is beyond our initial imagination. From looking at our saved pinterest items, instagram posts, and houzz boards, she was able to put together a design incredibly in line with our tastes. Her attention to detail blows us away! We would absolutely recommend Kate and Loud Architects for any architectural and design needs. Once we've saved enough we will be using her for our next kitchen renovation project!

Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.
