Nova came with lots of promises up to and beyond planning stage but let us down a number of times. They changed the plans that were submitted without sharing with us first so completely surprised when the approved plans are not what we had designed. Recommended a builder who became a disaster and ultimately now being taken to court.

He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself...
