Everything went well with this job until the submission stage. I had architects drawings and structural calculations completed to support a planning application for an extension in Enfield borough. My submission was rejected as we hadn't included a sustainable drainage plan (SuDS). The agreed work was supposed to include all documents needed for a planning application and all extensions in Enfield require SuDS, so I now know this is a standard part of the submission in this borough. I’ve had to look elsewhere to resolve this.
