A 100ft extension that required a complete rebuild of the existing 1000 sq ft and a substantial steel package and design to deal with sub standard foundations. Mr Sedda was informative, provided a wealth of knowledge that helped to secure planning approval and delivered the detailed packages fast and with no mistakes. He interpreted my designs accurately bringing many of his own ideas to the design. Stefano is reliable with a wealth of professional knowledge especially in the planning and design arena. I would recommend him to anyone.

Barry has designed our loft conversion and provided us with an outstanding drawings. He was always available for questions and if anything needed to be changed it was never an issue. He is an excellent architect who has been exceptionally helpful throughout this stressful project.The drawings he has provided were detailed, easy to understand and managed to offer us options to turn the staircase around without having to lose the box room. I have already recommended him to friends and will certainly use his services in the future if needed.

Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.

Adam and Carla were exceptional to work with. I had lofty ideas with a not-so lofty budget, and they helped me understand what was achievable, what wasn't and find a middle ground. Their designs were amazing, and were also complimented by the local council for the level of detail and additional work that had gone in to the planning application. Both are extremely professional and I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
