  George is doing a really great job and he is extremely friendly. He is on the ball and very informative - walked me through the whole process of a removal of a structural wall. He works fast and his response times are great. Not only that but George has gone above and beyond for me, giving me lots of useful insights into other areas of my renovation project. I cannot recommend him enough and he gives a more than fair price for his work.

  I employed Affect Studio for a planning application and a separate building warrant application for other works. Both were approved with no issues - Affect Studio are clearly experienced in dealing with the planning authority and building standards team. I found Murdo and Jamie to be nice to work with, very responsive and flexible. I was given a clear timeframe for completion of the work, with the deliverables provided on time and to the standard expected. Happy to recommend.
