Latest review:Architecture-Scam, • We agreed fixed price 5 k for everything & later he refused to come to meetings asking for extra money which he never mention before hand • he promised to do the drawings (he said drawing will finish in 7 days and took a month) • he said in front of 5 witness he will deal with everything and get building control signed off and till now I do not have it • he got paid 50% and now did ccj asking for the other 50% and the job is not finished and no building control certificate

They worked very closely with me and managed to get council approval of our plans in a very short time . Further they have also have produced building regulations which I am tendering out to seek suitable builder for my extension.
