We have moved into a new home and it looks like the previous owners have had hall plastered but then either put silk paint on it or haven’t done a mist coat it’s the weirdest shiniest thing I’ve ever seen and it won’t take Matte paint, is there a special primer I can use (the hall is absolutely massive high ceilings so something not too expensive)
