I found Brandon threw a group on social media for local trades. I contacted him as I needed a half dozen sash windows completely replaced due to there being rot around the edges on the outside and also letting in a lot of draft. He came round for a quotation after assessing the work, which I was happy with. So he started working the following Monday, 2 people came round they were very polite and took the extra time to prepare as on one of the days it was raining so they used a hard plastic sheet to cover where they had taken the windows out, after each of the 2 days they was here, they cleaned up after themselves very well. All in all, I am extremely happy with the work they've carried out in I will be using them again in the future without doubt.

Arron came and found it was the decorative element around the window frame that required repair. he gave me a new quote on the spot and did an excellent job on the repair. He also advise that the same decorative elements on the window need a new lick of paint as its been weathered heavily.

I hired Ilir for sash window cord replacements and repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Ilir demonstrated outstanding professionalism. He was friendly and reliable throughout the entire job. Even though the work turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated, he didn't charge anything extra and completed everything to a very high standard. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and communication was superb from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which was greatly appreciated. He was also incredibly respectful of my home, cleaning up every last bit of debris and leaving the house spotless when the work was finished. This has been a very positive experience. Mike is surely professional and has got good sense of how to fix stuff. He not only finished the posted job very well but also fixed my door lock in a few minutes! I have hired some other locksmith before but turned out to be unsatisfying. Very lucky to hire Mike.
