Hi there, My name is Dave and I am a young 66 year old. I retired from running my own business a couple of years ago and then spent a year completely re-modeling my own house. I then got very bored so started doing handyman jobs for locals and friends to keep me occupied which I love. Jobs I have completed are things such as replacing double glazed units (a favorite of mine, replacing tap washers, fixing plumbing leaks, I like the smaller jobs that builders don't want to bother with and like to be in and out on the same day. As a youngster I was a trained electrician so have always been practical. As most of the jobs I do are small I like to keep fairly local within 8 miles of junction 3 of M42. I am a clean worker and remove any old materials that are not required.
