WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Ruslan provided a competitive quote to replace 4 double glazed units in 2 bay windows. He arrived on time to provide the quote, let us know that there was a 2 week lead time on the glass, and rang to confirm fitting within that 2 week period. He turned up on the fitting day bang on time, completed the work without any issues, cleared up after himself and disposed of all the waste material. I would use Ruslan again and can recommend his services.

Responded to his message almost immediately - saying he had the job and when could he come round. He never replied - either with a polite - "sorry, now not interested", or "yes - when would you like me to come round?" Waste of time

Once the work was agreed, Oktay was very responsive and informative wth my queries on what will be done, how and when. The windows replacement took less than 2days to complete. The fitters covered up all the work areas and cleaned up before they left, and took away all the old window parts. I am very happy with the work provided and very pleased with my new windows. I would definitely recommend Ada Windows and would call them back for future work.

I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted.
