Overall - Excellent windows and service marred by poor quality of additional requested works. Two double glaze, timber framed sash windows were ordered and fitted. The windows appear to be of excellent quality and the fitting service was very good. Bali, the project coordinated, provided up to date communications throughout and worked hard to ensure that the fitting took place as soon as possible, but at our convenience. In addition to the windows improved draft proofing of the existing front door took was requested. Unfortunately this work was conducted to a poor standard and is now far worse than it was originally. Once draft proofing was fitted and the door rehung, the door no longer fitted and drafts and noise had significantly increased. I was apparently made aware that this might be the case (I wasn't) and was told that I would still have to pay for this work although, if I wanted a new door (at significant cost!) I could claim back the cost of the draft proofing against the cost of the door. This is slightly infuriating as I wouldn't need a new door if the work had been done correctly! For this reason I have to give negative feedback, which is unfortunate as the windows and service surrounding them was excellent.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

The job with regard to Door’s replacement of locks was completed in a professional manner. Mr Nikola maintained his punctuality .He had a good approach and communication as well. He knew the product very well and accomplished his task successfully. In fact, he had a high degree of expertise in this carpentry trade,very supportive, helpful to sort out the matter. Adam is a fantastic tradesman and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any family/friends/colleagues. He came on time on the day agreed to complete the work and we are very happy with our new window and door. He finished the trim around the new window and door very nicely and even offered to fix something on one of our other old windows, which was missing a bit of trim at the top. We had a few quotes from other window fitters found on my builder and Adam came in at a very competitive price and based on his feedback on here and checkatrade, we were confident he would be a good choice. His wife is very good at communicating prior to the work being carried out and she is very nice as well :) I wish we could replace all the windows in the house now!
