Paul took on my project which was a half built extension which was left by another contractor in a bit of a state over lockdown. Paul's pricing of the job was fair and reasonable and he was willing to sign a homeowner construction contract and commitment to a programme. The guys turned up in numbers each day like clockwork and and we're considerate and easy to talk to about details of the job. Paul was really responsive via a WhatsApp group I set up for the job and fairly priced up a load of extras which I went ahead with. At the end of the job his guys returned to close out snagging and provide the electrical certificate as was agreed. Would recommend Oakwood Properties.

This company were excellent I would recommend them. They were very clean workers leaving the place tidy every night, they also worked very hard. In the end I had a whole new en-suite fitted and the walls and floor all retiled and am very pleased with the end result. Definitely would use them again.

We recently got a lot of work done on our house and chose Steven and his team to complete it. We got windows installed walls knocked down to fit patio doors on a two storey extension. Front doors, decking, fencing and slabbing. This guy and his team were unbelievably brilliant. Totally professional from start to finish with great attention to detail. NH Joiners ended up doing the building work i needed and doing a complete rip and reinstall of my kitchen and added some decking. Neil and his team were fantastic, the finish of the work they have done on my house is absolutely perfect as well as carrying out numerous extra's I asked for along the way with no fuss. The guys were quick, precise and incredibly clean & tidy, especially considering the nature of the work, and are all around really nice folk, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

An excellent and reliable builder. James of J&M builders came out to see the job and was very knowledgeable and informative as to my questions about what I could and couldn’t do. The job was first class and finished to a high quality and ahead of schedule. The tradesmen were absolutely brilliant and we are very pleased indeed, an added bonus is that the work was done while we were away and we returned to a very tidy house and they even disposed of some rubbish left over from a previous DIY project. I would highly recommend J&M builders for any work needing done and we will definitely be using James and the team in our next project.
