Completely norespond company. I contacted this company by myself because he didn't even say hello. He was supposed to come back to me on Saturday - didn't happen. he said he wanted to change the appointment for monday, also the day ended without an appointment and even any message from him. I wasted my time and money. complete zero - just time waster!

Very stressful working with them as they kept coming up with cunning ways to get more money. Told me that they had painted my kitchen in 3 coats but it was a lie. They made me buy two extra buckets of paints for the third coat and ended up using just a little from both buckets, what a waste! Didn’t bother covering up my floors and appliances while painting and ended up making a mess of my stuff. Not sure what they cleaned my hob with but now it’s got permanent marks on it. They also neglected some corners in the kitchen, now I have to do pay someone else to complete their job. Major regret!

Didn’t complete jobs that was paid for. Changed number and never came back. Dodgy electrics,doors that won’t open.architrave starting 5” from the floor. And the list goes on. We have now taken the appropriate action against him. Avoid at all cost.

Sorry I don’t like to leave negative feedback. However, it’s very disappointing to see 5 very long distinct scratches on my brand new wood floor and a hole on my wall he caused after the job (furniture assembling) done. Now I’m very frustrated to have them repaired and it will cost me a lot and time consuming. Furthermore, one of the wardrobe doors is not lined up. I sent pictures to him and was told that he would do something about it, however, I cannot reach him anymore. Very disappointing.

This guy is not at all dependable. He came, did the architraves, hanged the door. His work is substandard and not professional. After 2 months, the top hinge on one of the three doors came unstuck, dragging the door out of the frame. I got in touch with this guy and sent pictures to him. He replied once and never again. Steer clear of Joseph Morgan Rose of JMR Carpentry.

More like Nicholas Conman.... I really didn't want to spend more time and energy commenting on our experience but I think it is fair for anyone else who might get lied to... We invited this person to our house for a quote on 8 new windows. Nicholas was very pleasant, friendly and answered all our questions in detail and with interest. He also showed great professionalism and knowledge. My partner kindly made coffee and also offered some cake she had just made. A few days later (end of October) we were sent a quote by Nicholas which seemed fair having already done more quotes with other companies. Everything looked promising, we had done our research, looked at Google/websites reviews etc. We decided to trust him and paid the deposit of 25%.We knew that most companies could only supply/install windows at our house after at least 5/6 months wait. At least. Nicholas suggested a fitter he knew and had worked with for a while who could install around mid December. Of course there could be a delay due to the current climat and of course we accepted that. I managed to speak to the fitter, Rehan Jamil on a couple of occasions before that. The last was a week before the installation was due. He assured me that the windows would be fitted on 20th December from 8am and would take 3 days to complete; give or take... only 118 characters remaining; happy to share if someone is interested. Nicholas just abandoned us very quickly and said he wasn't dealing with it...

Accepted quote back in April and gave deposit. Told it would be 7-9 weeks before installation. No communication from them, had to email and call several times before any response. Mid July still no door asked for deposit back due to no communication. Shocking way to run a business. Finally got deposit back today after being told 3 days ago. Please do not use this person.

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the work. He quoted me 75/- per window including trimming and fitting material however he didnt installed trimms. I paid him extra money to install trimm and even then he didnt compelete all trimm work. Also he didnt fill the gaps with wood batons to secure the windows. I had to completely to redone the windows which costed me double. I would never ever recommend to hire him as although his quote is low but work is really shoddy.

Did not appeared on the day and do not pick up calls or reply back to messages. Cancelled all my appointments because of them They should have told that they cannot come so we would have contacted someone else. Very disappointed.
