Please be careful when hiring this person. We had agreed on a price and the day before starting the work, I had messaged to confirm with him the price and at that point, he had increased his price. I had showed him the text message confirming the price, however he was adamant with the increase. He didn't start the work so I wasn't left in a mess but from his reviews, it appears this has happened to another person.

Roger was great. He thought out of the box and helped us to make the most of the space that we had available by suggesting things we had not thought of. The finished attic looks amazing. Roger and his man Taffy really did work hard, no time-wasting or not turning up. Communication was very very good.

Very disappointed with the service received from this company. Came at beginning of June and quoted for repair to lock for bedroom window, fitting of sliding patio doors to French doors and a new front door. Understandably things took longer due to covid, but it is now 5th September and we still have not had the work completed. Their communication is very poor. We have had several days cancelled due to door not being delivered firstly and then the fitter they use to being sick. Obviously these things happen and we understand but I had to initiate contact in both of these cases the day before , to be told sorry it was not going to happen. Date arranged for 22/08 and again I had to contact them the day before to make sure it was going ahead. The fitters came and they had to go away again to get trim and the lock, no problem. He then said he was only able to work until 1pm and that the office should have let us know but did not. The fitters were great and stayed an extra hour but were not able to finish the work, and he contacted his boss to arrange for a follow up visit to be informed he did not have his diary and that they would make contact first thing Monday to do this. I emailed mid- morning to arrange a date and said we can do any day to fit in. Wednesday still no contact so emailed and also left mobile numbers to discuss if any issues they might . We are left with French doors not completed and rest of work not started and still not not had any communication.

Absolutely Gutted! So disappointed, numerous messages , came and gave my mum a quote, we accepted , again numerous or txt messages and was told there was delay on the door of 8 weeks - no problem , again weeks went by,no messages or contact, finally managed to get hold of him and was told he no longer does garage doors!!! He left me waiting over 12 weeks to tell me!! When he could have let us know sooner so I could contact another tradesmen to complete the work, I would NOT RECOMEND! Not happy .

AVIOD AT ALL COST!! SCAMMER! Hired to change my gasket and frames for my window. He said it was heavy due to being aluminium frame but really should have taken the glass out. Tried to put window back by creating new holes to drill. He left and said he will come back with help. He didn't;t answer by calls and sent a text message saying he can't return as he had no one to help him. Came with his son and no ladder. Damaged my paintwork on my window sill, paint work on walls, desk and mess on carpet. A scammer! Do not hire him. Used a fake name. His reply to my review was we were based in a road and that he advised to use scaffolding but this false.

I hired this team to fix some windows and install garage doors. Atom and Lee both came to view the job and confirmed they were able to complete it. Atom received a deposit for the windows, and Lee was supposed to carry out the work. Unfortunately, Lee cancelled numerous times, and on the few occasions he did attend (only three), very little was actually done. To his credit, Atom refunded most of the money paid for the window job. However, when it came to the garage doors, Lee received £200 as a deposit for the work and an additional £170 for parts—but he never came back to do the job and never refunded any of the money he received. Stay away from this company.

From the outset we knew we wanted Reece to complete the job. We had an alcove by a fireplace and needed a cabinet making and some chunky sleeper style shelves installing. Reece came to the house to have a look at the job and provide a quote. We showed Reece an image on Pinterest of what we wanted to create and I have to say we are very happy with the result - it is exactly what we wanted. The quote was reasonable and we gave a deadline as the arrival of a new puppy meant we had to complete the job by a definite date. Every step of the way Reece informed us on how the job was progressing, as the cabinet was being made and painted off site, and that all was on schedule. Even when we had an issue and had to re-plaster a part of the wall Reece was happy to accommodate a two part installation and even put our TV back up on the wall which wasn't part of the original job spec - just all round very helpful. Very clean, tidy and conscientious worker and would recommend to anyone. We have a new job hanging some internal doors coming up and Reece is first on the list for that.

Bill carried out some roof repairs to the house, including fixing paneling on a dormer window, replacing tiles and pointing my chimney, all were done very well. He also fitted a brand new roof on my garage called 'Firestone', its a rubber roof which is guaranteed for 30+ years. Again, he done a brilliant job. Overall, Bill was a very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy guy. I would recommend RL contracts to anyone!

The job looks unfinished as not silconed which I thought would have been done. Measured incorrectly which meant coming back the next day and asked me to pay extra as it was inconvenient for him to go back to the shop. Having a closer look some pieces dont look to be measured correctly leaving big gaps. Left a big mess outside in my garden and quickly made an exit once cash was in his hand. Also made comment how this site takes interest for advertising a customer doesn't need to know this information. Overall not happy with the service and will not be recommending or using this service again.

I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding the recent work completed. While I appreciate your effort, I noticed a lack of attention to detail that affected the final outcome. Several aspects did not meet my expectations, resulting in noticeable imperfections and unfinished touches that detract from the overall quality. In particular, the door frame and comic section had uneven joints, rough finishes, and misaligned edges. These details, although small, significantly impact the overall appearance and durability of the work.
