Appalling service. Gutters are still full of grass and leaves - I have photos of before and after and he’s actually made it worse as there are now broken slates which were not before. Tried to contact but he’d taken the money and ran when he realised his super duper high reach hoover couldn’t reach nor do the job at all. He assured us he would return the next day- Hasn’t responded to messages on here. Be advised - this is a cowboy outfit. Do NOT Use. You have been warned.

From the start Ryan and Danny where very approachable and professional, they were very patient with me as I’d never had any work to this scale done before I had a lot of questions. They took the time to answer all queries and were very professional about it considering I was probably stopping them from doing what they were doing. At the end of every day they left the site clean and also asked if there is anything else I needed. They went over and above what I asked for them to do etching the budget agreed, the job was finished on time the transformation from old tired garage with Tim roof to brand new modern lovable space is amazing. Would recommend 100%, I’ve even got them pricing up the next job I want them to do. I would just like to thank the lads for there hard work in some horrendous weather conditions love the new room. I agreed with Vision Windows & Doors Ltd to replace some windows in my place, on understanding they will provide certificate on completion as required by the BCP Counci. I selected this contractor via My Builder as this contractor ensured me that they are FENSA approved company - My Builder state “30 years experience. FENSA MTC installers 10 years warranties” The required work was completed in May 2021 however I cannot obtain FENSA certificate or 10-years warranties from this contractor- he does not reply to my messages. I contacted FENSA where I have been advised they submitted application back in March 2021, however they are not registered as application is not completed. Now, I need to get local Authority for them to inspect this job, make the required job meets local regulations, make additional payment to the Local Authority to obtain a required approval. In addition I do not have 10-years warranties and a need to get other contractor to rectify few installation deficiencies.

Seems a really decent chap, turned up to quote exactly when he said he would. Quoted what I considered to be a fair price, agreed when the job would be done (super quick) unfortunately jon then text to say he couldn't do the job. Shame because we liked him. BUT he did contact to cancel, he could of simply ignored us. I wouldn't have any issue with hiring Jon again for another job and only provided neutral feedback due to the job not actually being done. Anyways, I believe he's busy, hence why couldn't fit us in. Being busy is generally testiment in it self. Do not be put off by this.

Initially the process was good - George was quick to quote and measure the window, and fitting was booked a week later. However, the first window that arrived to be fitted was too big. It then took another month to get the right window fitted, including 2 aborted bookings, 1 was cancelled with no notice as well. He did give a discount for the wait (only after I had asked several times and there had been further delays than just the initial one), but it was disappointing that it didn't seem like there was much rush for us when it hadn't been our fault that the first window had been the wrong size.
