Great service and attitude all round. Liam came and quoted as arranged, no sales patter just a good honest quote. Window fitters turned up as arranged - nice and prompt. Started immediately. Worked hard and got the job done. Left the job clean and tidy. Very pleased, would use again.

I selected Secure-A-Window due to the volume of positive feedback previously received. Austyn responded promptly to my invite, went around, measured up and sent across a competitive quote that day. A nice guy with plenty of feedback with a good guarantee, so I booked him in. Unfortunately, the supplier provided a wrong sized window, and after my tenant complained to me that there was boarding and no window, I followed up with Austyn straight away, who was promptly rectifying the issue with the supplier to make a new window, and booked to re-fit the next day. A swift response to a potentially poor customer experience. The window was installed the next day to the tenants satisfaction. Great work in rectifying the issue promptly. Austyn apologised for the delay but this was a quality response in resolving, therefore I'd not hesitate to use Austyn to Secure-A-Window again! Thank you

Did a reasonable job on the door and I asked if he could fix leaking taps (he said he could and charged extra for the work) but the leaks weren’t fixed, so I contacted him but he did not come back

Mark & Shaun have done a wonderful job in modernising my second bathroom. I do not drive and Mark personally took me to the appropriate shops to buy the wallboards and the bathroom suite. The job was done on time and on budget and done to a very high standard and Mark & Shaun tidied up afterwards. On the basis of the work that was carried out, I would highly recommend Mark & Shaun.

Out of all the potential applicants for this job, Nate was the only one who came to my house to give me a meaningful quote and advice. This was important because I live in an old house and each door that needed hanging was unique and presented its own challenges. Nate was on time each day and worked very hard during a very hot period of weather.
