David did an excellent job refurbishing and draught proofing our sash windows. He has so much experience doing this work and knows how to overcome all the small problems that old sash windows throw at him. Definitely recommend, he's very good at explaining what he's going to do and why he's doing it. Apart from that, I've never seen any tradesman as passionate about his job as him, which means his standards are probably higher than any of his clients'.

Richard did an incredible job. We were moving out and needed the front bay window removing to get two sofas out. He came early so he could coordinate with the movers and then proceeded with the job carefully. He pointed out a few errors when the job was done when we moved in, explained how he would fix them and then took his time to get it right. He even had a bit of trouble as the window was tight but got it out and back in perfectly. The quality of the finish was excellent. He also explained how he quoted accurately to allow time to complete the job well - so he wasn't rushed. I couldn't recommend Richard enough - and a top guy too!
