  The basic construction of a new patio and pathway seems to be OK. However, we were assured that no weeds would re-appear in the block paving for 3/4 years but actually grew again within 3/4 weeks. A constructed step down into the garden is already disintegrating and the workmanship is very shoddy. many areas have little sand filling the gaps and the finish to steps down from the house is poor. I have given the firm 3 months to rectify these issues but nothing has been forthcoming nor have I received the courtesy of any reply to emails. I regret paying immediately for the work particularly as we paid considerably more than the original estimate. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
