He provided us a full breakdown of what him and his team would do and stuck to the timescales given. He provided a 3D drawing of the works we wanted to ensure we knew what we would be getting and everyone knew exactly what was expected. They arrived promptly each day and worked throughout. Such hard working guys. They cleaned up after themselves and were considerate to neighbours. I will be recommended Shay and his team to everyone for all your garden and landscaping needs. Reliable trustworthy and professional tradesman. Will be using sb landscapes again very soon for more works.
The start date for this fairly small job (scheduled to be completed over 2 days allowing tiles to set before grouting) was booked in weeks before the nearest competition could offer a date. Paul arrived for the quote pretty much on time and Danny (his tiler) arrived on time both days, was polite, tidy and professional. The job was completed on schedule and price was as per estimate. I have no problem with recommending them.
