Latest review:Hard Flooring-Excellent communication from the start. We received a competitive quote from Paul within a few hours. He completed the work to a very high standard and left the area very tidy each day. ( see attached photo of setup during installation) There were some issues with the subfloor not being completely level, but these were resolved without much fuss. Paul was flexible in his approach and was able to complete some additional work ( new door facings) in the same timeframe. He followed up at the end of the job to make sure there were no issues and to confirm all waste had been disposed of. We are very pleased with our flooring and would not hesitate in recommending Creative Concepts. They will be 1st on our list for any additional projects
Ricky was very helpful and professional when he attended to quote. He communicated well with me thereafter. Ricky and team arrived as agreed and carried out the works as per the quote to a great standard. The worked very tidily and respected my space. I would happily recommend this company and would employ them again when next I need any work done.

Eric gave sensible advice on which system to use after our old oil boiler exploded. We had asked for an air source heat pump quote but were sensibly directed to a good replacement oil boiler and modern thermostatic control. We are very grateful for this advice. The new oil boiler has been installed outside on a plinth made by a builder who was found by Eric. The job involved re-piping of water and kerosine pipes to the outside and changes in zone valves and pumps. A new radiator and vent were fitted in addition. We also had great aftercare from a leak from a different pipe. Am just about to call him again!

Scott kept me informed when he was due to arrive . Job was completed very well. I would definitely recommend Scott if you are looking for an electrician . I will certainly be keeping his number and will definitely call Scott for any future jobs
Showed up on time (early in fact) to price up the job. When I contacted Alex later on that day via the mybuilder site to confirm I was wanting to go ahead, he called straight back and said he could do it the next day. Showed up bang on time the following day and cracked on with the job. Job finished in an efficient manner, and to a high standard. Tidied up everything afterwards too. Would recommend, and will use again.

Their complete approach was excellent. If I could give 6 stars I would. There are some cowboys out there , but these guys from Wilson’s are the complete opposite.
