He came round and measure, said would let me know the quotation, never heard from them again and chased and received no response. If he had said they were not interested it would have been ok but heard nothing since clearly wasted both our times.

I have a terrible experience. He came to seal the tiles around the bath as it was leaking. He quoted £150 but then he charged me £200 as he said it was a bigger job. After he left the leak was bigger than before. He never came back to fix it and gave stupid excuses and took £200 from me. I had to pay another builder to fix it. DO NOT USE THEM

Took on work that he did not have the skills or tools to complete to a standard that was acceptable. Everyday my ex was running about buying tools and paint brushes etc as he basically turned up empty handed. That was not made clear at time of quote. I expected to supply the paint and the tiles and grout! Turned up late on most days, job overran but 5 days and still wasn’t complete, I just asked him to leave. Kitchen - Sink in kitchen leaked and waste pipes under unit will need replaced as fitted in wrong place. (Took a day and 1/2 to do that wrong) Tiling around sockets was poor. Socket in unity room broken as it looks like he didn’t have right tool to make the cut properly. WC- Took 2 days to fit a toilet and sink and i have just had to get someone to fix a leak, isolations were fitted the wrong way, the waste was fitted squint and not even tight just siliconed! Tap not tight. Toilet seat broken. Flush fitted incorrectly. Some tiles scratched. Painting is ok but didn’t get finished and when asked if 2 coats had been done on wood work I was told it had when I could see it clearly hadn’t. This isn’t even the half of it...just beware, his prices are cheap for a reason!! Not sure how he got accepted into here!!! I don’t think the pictures shown are his work!

Pls keep away from this guy. 1st impression good. Show him the job needs doing needs doing and he said can start in the morning. Fallowing day in afternoon he texted me that he can't carry on the job and had to leave due to family issues. I went there next day and what I found is that all he has tiled(about 4 SQM ) is messed up. He didn't set the tiles out to find out where from he has to star tiling end up having 5mm small pieces to cut all all g the top and end of box. Didn't use adhesive provided . Use his own cheape ready mixed stuff. Tile trims cut rough with angle grinder. Tiles not level and line all over the place.left mess and buggered off. Worst is I been left with this mess in customer house now got some explanation to do even might end up having bad word coz of this. Worst experience in my life hiring another trades man. Guy's keep away from him.

Not happy... When it came to putting the skirting boards and plinth in the kitchen down the qualility of the tiling showed, not a single one is straight. In places it appears tiles are larger than others because the grout is not visible. I have held off from reviewing until now because Martin said he would call back to arrange to fix the mistakes and I am yet to hear from him.

Very very poor workmanship, broke tiles, can't get top off toilet now, missed grouting in both corners above the bath, tiles not close enough down the side of the toilet, NO Silone put anywhere, forgot to bring his tools on first day, I had to finish the job my self, I've got lots of pic on my phone as proof. Also cut tiles out side the front of the house and never cleaned his mess up.

friendly , engaging and reassuring in promising a high standard job which he would rechecked even weeks after completing with a comeback visit. Initially happy with work but within a short time , water appeared between tiles by toilet. I called Danny back , who said it was condensation and needy a jacket to be ordered . Concerned he was wrong I managed the following day to video the actual fault showing flushed water leaking at the join when flushed . Danny returned and seeing video made what i thought was to be a repair , within three weeks a smell and water appearing between tiles occur again.On checking I saw a hand towel folded under still untouched leak. Immediately texted , phoned , emailed and sent letters with no response , so had no choice but to contact emergency plumber at cost of £118 to do a basic standard plumbing job of sealing joint between waste pipe and toilet. I left a critical review on google requesting he contacted me , which he eventually did by promising to phone , needless to say no phone call .I have now tried to get explanation by taking legal action , a ccj has been ignored . I suppose as a pensioner on oxygen 24/7 with incurable lung condition i'm open to be taken advantage of . As a tiler his work is excellent , as a plumber he is less than adequate , but worse of all he turns out to be the cowboy trader he says he is not , maybe he'll let me know why he was not capable of doing a basic plumbing repair .

Unreliable Trademan. Came round for a quote and agreed a price then asked us to remove all tiles and 'repair' the wall. We duly did that and he came back and said that the wall was not dry for tiling. We were expecting him at the start of the week - he turned up 2 days later and told us about his 'other' job that he is being paid more for. 2 bags of adhesive were not enough and he left whilst my husband went to wickes to get the adhesive he asked for. Now not returning my calls and my bathroom is a mess while I try to find another trader.
