2 jobs completed Job 1 was to S&F insulated plasterboard and plaster two walls in a small bedroom. Quality of plastering is awful, the walls are not smooth and have lumps and bumps all over, not to mention that the window edges now go towards the walls at an angle! Mess was left in the bedroom and I had to ask Rafal to return to try and rectify the awful plastering. Wasn’t much better the second time around either. Job 2 Rendering of garden walls, render work is atrocious. Not blended in or smooth, lumps and bumps all over it. Work done in the pouring down rain and then covered with plastic sheeting. the amount of cement left on my garden path, drive and patio is unbelievable. Big nails were left on the garden floor (I have two small children!) watery cement on my car, rubbish left,honestly the list just goes on! On a better note his communication via email and text is good!

I had this tiler booked in for over a month, now he won’t reply to emails, phone calls or messages, really disappointed as we have friends coming to stay and had hoped he would be finished never mind started If he can’t start the job surely get in contact with the customer and let them know so they can try and get someone else in, don’t hide and say nothing Very disappointing service

Mark was hired to complete some decorating at my house at the beginning of August, he originally quoted 6 days, and the job required painting a freshly plastered living Unfortunately, the actual job took almost double the amount of time - this was due to the following: - Mark needs to plan better, my daughter's room, which is an average sized room took the best part of 3.5 days to complete. This was even though I effectively did half his job for him, which was stripping down an old feature wall wall paper and prepping the ceiling from hairline cracks - We took Marks advice, by having the hallway, stairs & landing area sprayed. Not the best option, as there were elements and part of the walls where the spray did not reach and this caused more mess. Mess that myself and my wife had to clean up after him - Needs to better at cleaning & tidying up, Mark made a significant amount of mess during his time, which again, unfortunately, myself and my wife had to clean up most evenings. Clearing paint splash marks from flooring and carpet. I don't understand how Mark managed to make so much mess when flooring should be covered - Very poor attention to detail. Most evenings, myself and my wife re-point out areas not correctly painted. A common occurrence - Did not use all of my paint provided; decided to use and older satin paint, not sure why? Mark highlights that he has been in the trade for 20 years. However, on this showing, I am doubtful - would not recommend.

Some of the work was done well, but there were leaks, broken tiles and unfinished work. Their initial estimate was 3 weeks, took 7 weeks to get to anywhere near finished and then complained it wasn't worth his time, even though they had been fully aware of our full spec from the start. Told me that I had to pay in full when work was not completed and promised to come back - still unfinished 7 months later. Ignoring all calls and made zero attempt to contact us. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but we have been left having to fork out more money for someone else to complete the work....not happy!

Timewaster. Didn't do the work in the end. Said he could do it in about three weeks. I contacted him three weeks later as I hadn't heard anything. Said he wasn't interested in the job anymore and was too busy. Didn't even bother to inform me. Not very professional behaviour.

At first Erlind was very nice and did the tiling for us, however we had agreed on a quote that included him also fixing the vanity in our bathroom, in the cloakroom and other small jobs. Some of the furnitures took some time to be delivered, so Erlind agreed to come back at a later time to fix everything. We had a friendly relationship, so we paid him in full for everything he agreed to do as we trusted him to come back. He came back once to check what was left to do and said he’d come the next day to fix everything. We asked him to do some more stuff as well and mentioned we would obviously pay him for these extra tasks and he kept saying “don’t worry about it.” Unfortunately, he never came back the next day and has ignored every single one of our calls and texts since then. In terms of his work, he didn’t fixed our bathtub tap straight, he damaged our bathtub and said he would fix his mistake but instead he just put some white tape over it. The whole experience was very disappointing, he’s never come back to complete the job despite receiving the money for it. We were naive in thinking we could trust him but he is very unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I do not recommend this builder.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience. Started the job in December and it was months with no floor and little communication. Eventually came to finish the job and it’s done so poorly the bathroom isn’t useable (wet room especially). Overall really disappointed.

Hey, The pair is lovely. However, they are extremely unorganised with excuses upon excuses to not do the job. The job was to change the bath and they removed the board of the bath and never came back?!?! after problems with my watermains. Now I have a bath with no board attracting insects and a non working watermains. Very annoying and a huge inconvenience to my life and family.
