I had a complete bathroom refurbish which involved lowering the ceiling and installing downlignts, moving the location of the shower, installing a bathroom suite and floor to cing tiling. Mark did a fantastic job at a competive price, although time was a bit of an issue, the quality of work and attention to detail made up for it and I would definalety use his services again.

Not a good experience with this company , lied to twice , saying they are gonna deliver & not turning up , job finished & they didn't even fit a seal on shower which I did my self , rang them and said I think you forgot something in bedroom where everything was , said sorry .I had to pay extra for 2 elbows & extra tubes of filler , I had paid a lot of money and they wanted more , won't ever use them again

Pro; Nice friendly worker. Con; Unfortunately this was a very poor job. The tiling looks awful and I asked for the bath panel to be put up which he ruined by drinking unneeded holes into it and installing it the wrong way. He did come back to rectify some issues with leaking from where the new vanity had been put in but unfortunately the job is so poor. I would really have preferred if he said, sorry I don’t know how to do that rather than ruin my bathroom which I now need to replace again.

Robin was easy to communicate with to organise a quote and talk about the job that was required. He always replied to text messages in good time. I had some time delays and he was very understanding and patient with my change of schedule a few times and always offered alternatives when he was free. On doing the work he was very professional, on time, tidy and clean and did an excelled fitting and finish on the w.c. He also gave good advice about the method of fitting. I was very happy and so were my tenants. I would highly recommend Robin and will contact him again in the future when any other jobs are required.

Job was completed, very messy as all cuts were made inside, freshly painted walls covered in tile dust which was frustrating. Tiles not cut in under the door frame as discussed. Acceptable for the cheap price but not as imagined!
