Marek did a brilliant job and he was so knowledgeable about the best pattern to lay the tiles in as we had no clue and we loved the option he went with. He even smoothed down the tiles in the shower area so it would be more comfortable on our feet. We've been using the shower for a week now and it drains very well exactly where it needs to. I would highly recommended Marek as he was very friendly and kept us updated on each step of the process.

Initial quote and review of the work was positive and offered good insight into the work that needed to be done. Leyton arrived on time worked really hard for the time he was doing the job and was polite and friendly to me and my partner. Worst experience ever! Regret my encounter with Pete. Pete responded to my job post and was invited over to view the job and my specific requirements. He needed to repair the handrail leading to the garden. The handrail to the garden was for children’s playground. My specific request was that the hand rail had to splints free as children will rub their hands on it as they go into the garden. Pete’s decided to do the job using an OSB board full of splints. Pete did sent me an estimate of my work the day before he carried out the work mentioning OSB board. I was totally ignorant of what OSB board was. He carried out the work and for good measure, he refused to clear out the old board which was part of the deal. He left old board in the garden where the children play hide and seek after finishing the work. The job was not cheap. I paid good money for it. Tried various attempts to bring him back to remedy the work including me offering to pay more money. He turned all these down. Pete’s defence was his good workmanship, he refused to acknowledge he used an inappropriate and dangerous board that could harm children. Even when you knew the end users were going to be children. I accept that I can be blamed for not knowing what an OSB board is. Is it a crime to have trust in a tradesman that he will serve your best interest? Buyers please be very aware, duty of care and pleasing customers does not come naturally to this trade person.

Mark Szekely of American Brothers Ltd did an perfect job at our home that exceeded our expectations. He is honest, very hardworking and punctual and tries to go an extra mile to get the best results.
