Agreed to come Saturday stayed in and then did not come, called and said came but no one answered the door, found it strange as he did not park in front of our house and we were in the front room, checked ring doorbell to see if we missed him, and realized he never came. Then said will come Sunday, so we waited in and again did not come. Not sure how quality of work would have been so can not comment on this but can comment on reliability and trust which is really not good. Not reliable

Daniel is an excellent all round tradesman . He did several jobs including the removal of bamboo from my garden where the roots were running. Compared to other companies , Daniel gave a good price despite the job being very hard work. He also replaced my fence door , lighting etc. Daniel is returning to plant 5 trees in August. He has expertise in all fields of work. He turns up on time, finishes the job if it over runs , is trustworthy, hard working and a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend Daniel on any job you’re thinking of having done. I felt in safe hands and it’s rare to get tradesmen of this quality. I will be saving Daniel’s number. Thanks , Daniel. From initial quotation to the last bit of cement going down I couldn’t fault Lawrence on his professionalism and workmanship. He must of been frozen with the wind coming in from the sea, but carried on with the job in hand. Repointing looks fantastic, and I would have no problem recommending him, and will use him for further work.

Jay was the only guy who came out to quote and actually look at the job we had, which was to fix, regrout and reseal our ensuite shower walls/tiling. Others just asked us for photos. After us meeting him, we knew he was a good guy and had confidence he'd do a great job for us. We're so glad we did, as he was extremely pleasant and professional, kept us updated with how it was going and at the end of the job, which took one and a half days over a Friday and then Saturday morning, we were delighted with the results at a very competitive price. He worked tirelessly from 8.30am to after 6.30pm on the Friday. We know he'll be our first port of call from now on for anything we need fixing up or improving in our house. Really glad we found him. We’re incredibly happy with the work that Max did on our new build. He fitted three bathrooms with tile flooring and completely finished everything (grouting and silicone). He was a very courteous builder, paying attention to when our baby girls naps were and sorting quiet work for when she was sleeping. The work was perfect - he really took his time with every part of the work, he actually overran by 2 days but didn’t impact us at all.

Carl has just completed our bathroom. He completely stripped out and re fitted and tiled bathroom including building a new stud wall and moving pipes. He completed the work to a good standard in the time frame he was given (a short one at that!) and we felt safe leaving him in our home to get on with the job. He also gave us advice when we were unsure and even ordered and stored our new suite and tiles before the job to save us the hassle of collecting and storing them our selfs. We would recommend Carl to anyone wanting bathroom work done!

So pleased to have found Ian through a job I posted on MyBuilder. I am now using him for other jobs as he gave such good advice and workmanship on the advertised job. oh... and he did it RAPIDLY, where before other people had taken MONTHS and nothing actually got accomplished. This is a rental property, so I will also let the tenant have her say (from a memo she sent to me, that I'd not asked for): He is a very good builder and very clean ... I am grateful and impressed with his work ....
