What a great experience it has been to have Benny doing the tiling for our small toilet. He was very respectful and kept the area clean and even tidied up at the end of each day. Although it's a small space, the area has been transformed by Benny and it looks amazing. I will be contacting Benny again to have our splashback and upstairs toilet done aswell.

Terry was punctual, polite and considerate of the job and the time given to complete the job. Terry made sure he covered the floors to keep mess to a minimum and tidied up after himself. He did a great job of the tiles and we'd have him for future work no questions asked.

Mom and Dad's shower refurb is lovely, exactly what they asked for; they are really pleased. It looks modern, clean and fresh. Anthony and Lee were very friendly, worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. They left everything clean and tidy upon completion. Carpenter for around 17 years, fully qualified. Kitchens, extensions, 'refurbs and literally everything in between. I've been on my own jobs and also a foreman on bigger jobs with a work force of around a hundred. I pride myself on my attention to detail, my communication skills, and the happiness of the customer. Being able to work to a deadline also helps. The best part of a job is when we can put the tools away, stand back with the customer and share in their enjoyment.

10/10 experience from start to finish. I had 4 doors installed, architraves and skirting. Gave me a breakdown of the quote. As I also needed MG to supply some materials he asked for a small deposit the day before starting. I’ve been very sceptical about this in the past as I’ve had some bad experiences. However he made me feel very comfortable. Arrived early, worked very hard. He’s not a “high maintenance” worker as he’d call it! Meaning very little fuss! He doesn’t need a thing from you, he just gets on with the job, Works hard all day, tidies up and leave. Would definitely use him again for future carpentry work.

I posted my job and Kashmir replied, visited and quoted promptly. Kashmir project managed the bulk of the garage build and purchased building material with no issues. I sourced and purchased the windows and doors and organised the building inspection. Kashmir’s communication during the build was good notifying me prior to skip deliveries and equipment and material drops which was organised by Kashmir. Kashmir advised me that for adequate drainage a soakaway will be required which was done with no issues along with all other groundworks. As the soakaway was not accounted for in the original quote it was charged as an additional cost. Kashmir also managed the demolition, labouring, waste management, equipment hire and the laying of conduit for electric and data. Kashmir was able to work with some of my suggestions/changes and made them work. My only tiny gripe was some litter left behind the on the site once work was completed but having spoken to others who have had building work done this is common, not much time to clear up tho. Post build I have discovered a few leaks in the roof after notifying Kashmir he organised an appropriate dry day, resealed the leaks and told me to let him know if it still an issue. I would defiantly recommend Kashmir and plan on calling him back for some other jobs I need doing when I can afford it.

Delighted with the service I got. Firstly Matt was the only fencer to show an interest in my job and the only one to contact me directly. Decided to give him the job due to his quote which was professionally done. Glad I went with Matt. Turned up when he said he would. Did exactly as he promised and delivered a fence I am delighted with. Both Matt and Scott were very friendly, hardworking (in not always easy conditions) and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Completed my job in one day and the result was excellent. I honestly would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Will definitely use them again if and when I do more work in my garden.
