Before starting the epoxy resin floor work with him, I made my requirements clear: a high quality, very smooth floor and no damage to the floor electrical box, which was a requirement from my landlord, He accepted all our requests. but he ruined everything, he hadn't masking tape properly, Concrete-based liquid seeped into all electrical boxes and they were all broken. It cost me about £5000 to fix it. When he finished the job. He acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund the £3000 I had paid as down patment within a week. Then, as it was late that day, he promised to return the next day to dispose of all the rubbish he had left behind. However, he has not been on site since then. He did not return and did not refund the money.

Tevin started on the specified day and did a superb job on tiling three bathroom walls and floor (including round the window and small fiddly sections behind the pipes). He was methodical, tidy with great attention to detail and a really nice guy to have in the property. We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him for any future jobs without hesitation.
