Keith is very personable and did a good job overall, but he is not as careful as one would like. Several tiles had to be lifted and reset that he hadn't noticed. Also adhesive and grout were left splashed on the walls and on the drive, some of which are proving difficult to remove. I would recommend him, but make sure the job is right before he leaves.
