Even though the work was more than first anticipated (it needed infill boarding and more replacement tiles) they did the work without bother and honoured the original quote. Chris did an excellent job with re-tiling our bathroom. He was very clear in his estimate of the work required and very reasonable in his price. He arrived on time, and finished when he told us he would. Throughout, he was very clear in what work was being undertaken, how they were progressing, and answered any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high-standard - perfectly level tiling, and all the grouting, toilet re-installation were done without fault. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, if you're after a genuinely honest, skilled tiler and bathroom fitter.

I have had some mixed experiences with leads from My Builder, Artis is definitely up there with the best. He has done tiling and plaster coving for us as well as some other smaller jobs, all done to a very high standard. He takes pride in what he does, but works quickly with no fuss and was obliging as we tried to make decisions. He also stepped in and fixed work done by another coving ‘specialist’ which was below par. We’ll definitely be using Artis again. Highly recommend him.

Nick and Dave went above and beyond for us. We were super impressed by them as people, as well as their work. What was particularly stand out was their creative thinking for solutions and the way they helped us to avoid paying more than we needed to. In this day and age it’s rare to experience this. They replaced our bath and sink without damaging the tiles and fixed the loo. They advised us on an air leak in our heating system too. We have already recommended them to our friends and other tradespeople we trust and will continue to do so. We’d have them back for other work in a heart beat. Thanks lads!

Very happy with the service. I needed the work done quickly after being let down by my previous decorator. Luan/Leo is new to mybuider and had no feedback. Leo could start the next day so despite the no feedback I gave him my job of decorating. I was very happy with the speed/professionalism/quality and price, so much so I then asked him to do a little tiling for me and his brother hung a front door for me. Next he paints my rental flat in Wimbledon. These are good guys, I recommend Leo for any decorating work and he can also sort out other little odd jobs that need doing, good chap to know.
