I can't praise his work enough. Extremely detailed and hard working guy. Cuts no corners and takes pride in his work. I would not use anyone else for any stone and tiling jobs. He ended up tiling 4 bathrooms for us as well as the kitchen floor. Price was competitive and worth every penny. i can heartily recommend him. One of the few tradesmen I trusted with a key.

The work Mihai and his team did for us was a Hallway redecoration that included: re-plaster walls and paint, remove carpet, refurb damaged staircase and paint, build custom storage under stairs, make good in hall closet, fix damaged floorboards, and lay new wood flooring in the hallway. Mihai was a great communicator especially in the first week as we set up quote visits and went back and forth on what the job would be. He always showed up on time (or let us know if he was running late). He was collaborative and gave knowledgable input and feedback on our ideas based on his expertise. Execution was to high standard (though we did notice this dipped a bit as the job ran over and the team had to rush). Mihai was really flexible throughout, and while we went over the 2 week estimate job time, it was due to uncovering some big un-expected issues (eg instead of skimming the walls we had to take them back to brick!). Mihai talked us through the implications of these discoveries, made recommendations on the way forward and sort out additional expertise to get it done. The entire team was so nice, polite and friendly. Overall really happy with him and his team's work!

The project required Arnis to design and build outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and install 90 sqm porcelain floor and hot tub. It was easy to deal with the company. I described the job, they provided some ideas of how to achieve the desired outcome. Once we agreed conceptually what I wanted, company came to the property to inspect it, show some projects they have worked in the past and provided advise what would be the best for the property. Following the meeting the company sent garden blueprint in 3D format to finalise the details of the layout. Once everything was agreed the company started work on our agreed date. They were always on time, provided a helpful advice with the furniture and materials. Carried out work quickly and with good precision. Very happy with the job and if I had another garden, would hire them again!

Didn’t return to finish the job, respond to calls or messages in response to finishing the job. Sadly wouldn’t hire Ovi & Mihai (O&C) again. Friendly & responsive initially. Worked well, on time, eager to please, did a good job - not perfect but adequate, average attention to detail but corrected when asked. We initially had a faux chimney put in, they touted for more work & provided alcove shelving/cabinet ideas which we subsequently hired them for. They worked intermittently (dad around for first half of job then left for Romania) as this was agreed as best for both parties. However they left the job incomplete once paid (were paid on time, each time, with no bargaining). Didn’t respond to texts or calls, leaving cabinet doors unfinished, large chips & cracks unfilled. Laminate was also poorly cut around hearth stone, left chimney cutout unfinished with no cement to the base. Lack of respect and wouldn’t hire again as cannot trust they won’t disappear. Note previous reviews.

Georgios has not yet done the task, but up to now, I can't think how he could have improved. He sought me out, and we had a phonecall, in which he was unusually patient and experienced (a builder, who was trained as an architect, whose dad is a leading supplier of bathroom materials who often consults on jobs: this is a man well qualified to refurb a bathroom!) He has done several mock-ups, being happy to adapt to my concerns, and has given sensible advice to improve price and effect. I am wishing all contractors could be like this... (Of course we have not yet done the job - starting Monday. But I couldn't be more optimistic!)

If I could give these guys a 10 star I would, Paul was fantastic with communication he talked us through the job we wanted done, he reassured us from the beginning that everything would be okay after having a very bad experience from a different person. Paul even did one strip of wallpapering for me which I did myself but went wrong 😑 he also did other little jobs that wasn’t part of deal for us . A real great workman . The job was left clean tidy and safe as he went along. Can’t praise the company enough. Stress levels were pretty high at the beginning of the job for us but Paul was brilliant at what he does and it all went really well,we love the work he has done. We are now getting him back to give us a new bathroom and new flooring and any other jobs we need doing. Thank you guys we love the new room .
