Igor completed a full re-fit of our upstairs bathroom. The bathroom was completely ripped up from ceiling to the walls to the flooring. He installed a new bath tub, new shower unit, toilet, a douche, bathroom fan, door and door frame and the bathroom units. He also completed a list of other small things required inside the bathroom. He took care with all of the work and explained any details throughout refurbishment. Finishing was excellent and flawless. Igor is trustworthy and very friendly. I highly recommend him and would definitely consider him for any further renovations and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Igor for all of your hard work.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Armel is a nice young man. He has a flexible, easy going and friendly personality. I needed to do the tiles in my grandmother's apartment and he did an excellent job. I chose Armel because he gave me the lowest, most competitive quote. We purchased large 1 metre 20 by 1 metre 20 tiles and they look beautiful in the sitting room. We had leftover tiles so he tiled the bathroom 🚻 and toilet for a litter extra money 💰. The first time ⏲️ he came with his colleague and they were working pretty fast. I advice future customers to prepare a place for the cutting of the tiles like a balcony or some type of outdoor space. My grandmother loves the tiles and so do we as we are staying there temporarily. We purchased the grout, primer and adhesive from B&Q and Amel helped us find a suitable door 🚪 edge and even went the extra mile by cutting the doors so we could close them easily.

He is a likeable guy, and after the past experience, I felt I could trust him completely. I now have a very nice greenhouse, and grateful to Barry for his knowledge and hard work.
