Unlike another time wasting tiler on My Builder who cancelled 2 appointments, Jel turned up on time and gave me a fixed quote for the work which I considered was quite reasonable. He has now done the tiling a week later and I am very satisfied with his work. I would definitely use his services again.

I’m extremely pleased with the tiling work completed on my floor. He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire job. The tiles were laid perfectly with a clean and flawless finish, and the whole area was left tidy afterwards. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the final result looks amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy tiler.

I also have training in basic plumbing, plastering and carpentry. It was a great relief to find Rob of BWK Tiling. I am a landlord living far from my property which needed a tricky bathroom tiling repair among other things. I was able to leave the job in the very capable hands of Rob. He was professional, responsive, creative and dealt well with my Tenant. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY HE CAN'T TILE OR GROUT. Very sharp edges left on metal trim, cut thumb badly washing off excess grout left on face of the tiles. Bad grouting, lots of gaps left in corners and all along top edge at length & both ends of bath, big holes left where you can put your fingers down them. 2 cracked tiles left around sink. Sink was moved out due to excessive tile fix and refitted so badly there are holes around tap fittings you can see the floor water drips through. No tile adhesive on wall just around edges of tiles.Tiles protrude 2mm or 3/4inch. Corner tiles butt fitted on top of each other. Cupboard unfinished as Arek unable to fit door HE made to cupboard HE fitted and told me it was because MY wall was not straight? Arek Builders pictures on this site are fakes. Nothing like the job he did at my house. 4 months later I still have no working bathroom. I have to now undertake this re tiling job myself as I cannot afford to lose any more money. I am a 61 year old pensioner and I know I can do a better job of the tiling but wanted to pay someone else to do it quickly especially removing and disposing of the old tiles which Arek Builders left in a very untidy state outside my front window with his own unwanted items. Is this normal? I think not. Everyone who sees my bathroom are disgusted when I say it took 3 days and the workman has 28 years of experience. Only used MyBuilder because they say every workman is thoroughly vetted. Obviously not.

The project involved stripping the property back to its bare walls, reconfiguring room layouts, and installing entirely new bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Additionally, Martin oversaw the revitalisation of the garden area. Martin's professionalism and meticulous attention to detail were exemplary throughout the project. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome of the work. This is not my first collaboration with Martin; I previously engaged his services for a complete house renovation in 2021.

Damien promptly followed up on my post with a phone call and a visit to assess the job. Provided me with an accurate quote and advised me on additional material I would need. After accepting the quote they scheduled the job in within a week and the team got the job done within 72 hours without disrupting my schedule. Also tidied up afterwards and fitted a radiator cover which was a nice bonus. Delighted with my newly laid LVT and porcelain tiles. Highly recommended!
