Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.

Complete redecoration of two rooms - one dining room, one childs bedroom. Simon finished both rooms to a very high quality. He was prompt, efficient and very hard working. He worked full days and cleared up at the end of the day so the house was not dusty or dirty each day. He was very professional and reliable and his rates were very reasonable We currently plan to rehire him to complete our house decoration and would happily recommend him to others.

Having had an absolute disaster with a previous tiler's work then letting me down on 3 separate occasions in successive days, the team from KG Tiling Specialists were able to swoop in and save the day! Not only were they able to rearrange jobs to come and fix the problem within 45 minutes of being appointed, but their work is truly excellent and of the highest quality. Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.

Tomasz was very professional and great customer service. Aside that he and the team did a great job at redoing the bathroom and repairing the ceiling, floor and walls downstairs. Very happy with the work done. He was also able to fix a few other issues around the house, front door, garden folding doors, both were not closing properly. Pretty much an all rounder handy man.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. By the way, very similar feedback to the one posted by harvey_230
