Adrian did a good job of tiling my small bathroom. It was a difficult job as the walls and floor weren't level and he had to do extra preparatory work to make sure the tiling was perfect. I originally intended for him to just do the tiling but in the end he fitted the tub, sink and toilet too. We agreed the additional cost of this at the beginning so there were no surprise costs, but it cost more than I had planned. I am very happy with the final job. He and his colleague were very professional and I would definately recommend their work.

I had a terrible bathroom renovation, where it was necessary for a large part of the work had to be redone. Greg removed the tiled floor, sink, toilet and shower tray. He found mistakes in all these areas. It was because of his findings. I decided to have a bath put back in. If you need a bathroom installation with a person who actually knows what they are doing, then I would recommend Greg. Had a leaking toilet, twice it was seen by others. They did not want to touch it. Greg has fixed the toilet. I will be contacting Raven Plumbing and Heating Solutions, when I having plumbing issues in the future

Darek came to view the work on Tuesday and completed the job in a timely way on Thursday. He quickly asssessed what needed doing and provided good advice. He sourced the materials needed and carried out the work very well, explaining what needed to be done as he did the work. Darek arrived on time, was very professional and polite and I will certainly contact him again if any further work needs to be completed on my property. Thanks Darek!

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

I hired Gary for the job on 11th May 2019. He was very courteous and gave me a fair price on his quote. We kept in touch through the course of our renovation. However, he came today for a site visit, just 2 days before he is due to start(admittedly we were delayed by a day, he was meant to start on Monday but a delay meant he could only start on Tuesday) and said he wouldn't be able to do the job anymore. Our plumbers have actually managed to complete on time which means he can start but he just sent a text saying he wouldn't start and didnt answer any of my calls. Then he sends a text saying he has rescheduled all his work due to the delay of 1 day! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable - he has put my entire project at risk over nothing. Avoid at all costs.
