I contacted Korab to remove my chimney breast, he came to have a look, quoted me for the job and then started the work. Once the work was completed I was over the moon with the work that Korab and his team had done and the service they provided and I asked them to have a new full refurbished house (new electrical work, new plumbing, new plasterboards, new skimming, new doors, new laminate flooring, new tiles, new skirting boards,new bathroom), side extension (which korab helped me to design)and garden patio and a new front garden wall. Korab was a very friendly and easy-going person from the moment I met him in regards to my first project (the chimney breast). He would pay attention to every detail and always ask if I was happy with the work which was being carried out. Korab and his team would always ensure that the work space was left clean. Korab and his team were more than happy to have an input and make suggestions when I needed them too, he also make me feel comfortable to ask any question. Korab and his team did an amazing job in my house and completed the work to a high standard in which I was so happy about. They truly are an experienced group of guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone. What a pleasure it was to have met them. Thankyou once again!

They are crooks! I gave them contracts for 3 bathrooms, they use cowboys to fit them, took all the money, never came back to finish the job! All the bathrooms started leaking 1 week after! Be careful about them. Can’t even take them to court as they didn’t give us any of their details

We have agreed the price and time. Job shouldn’t be taking more then 7,8 days. First day was a bit unlucky due too water pipe joint broke and caused a leak(hallway ceiling damage and needs plaster, paint. Somebody with 30 years experience should switch water supply off though. After that experience I was a bit worried but accidents happened and anybody need a second chance so work was carried on still. Bathtub fitted, wall tiling done, radiator fitted.i was thinking lovely. Do like it. Still few more things to finish our project. Wall shelves were next to do. Tilling over it done. he went home 4 pm. Bathtub was a bit dusty so I’ve done a bit of cleaning. What I have found out shock me a bit. Silicone over on 4 different places so I have removed it and found out scratches on bathtub. Could believe why my builder put silicone over Scratches. Phone him straight away to understand why he did it. What I heard back was shocking. his explanation was even more shocking because apparently he was trying to help me out. He was saying in the morning when he start working scratches were already there. Off Saturday so I was at home. Clearly if you are builder and found out something dodgy you should let customer know straight away to avoid arguing I think. he try to blame me for damaging my bathtub. Doesn’t want to replace damaging goods so I have to terminate our job. Would highly not recommend him at any cost. really not happy. Had to hire another builder to carry on my project.

As a novice in any job relating to building I set out on my first building project to ensure I recruit a builder who is honest, has integrity, quality assured and will deliver on time. At first I shortlisted eight builders. I met them individually and showed them the work, following this visit I asked them to submit a quote and timescale to deliver. On first meeting Jaswinder I was stuck with his assured, calm, transparency and above all honesty to meeting my requests. He stood by his word and did a very good quality job. not only that he goes out of his way to help me by explaining the best way to get the job done and his price was good. Having heard not so good stories from friends about their experience I was pleased my experience has been positive. I am using Jaswinder for other projects. Once you find a good builder you want to ensure you retain their services. I will be using Jaswinder for other upcoming work on my residential house. From first speaking to Toby I felt really comfortable, the reason this was so important is because the job was for my grandparents one of whom is disabled so this needed to be taken into consideration. Toby reassured me, visited them and had a fair price. I would say he went over and beyond on the job and I would hire him again without hesitation. The removal of tiles is always a tricky one as you don't know what is underneath, unfortunately it was worse than we thought but Toby dealt with it all in his stride. I am often wary of my grandparents being taken for a ride & jobs being dragged out etc. But he was very fair and extremely efficient, he did what he said he would do and more. Thank you Toby, most importantly they are extremely happy with your work (take it from me that says a lot!)
