Dawid and Mattusz were able to pop round to see the job shortly after I posted it. They gave me a good price and I gave them the go ahead to do the job as it was urgent. They were really nice, shoes off at the door (unprompted) and solved the problem. They cleaned up afterwards and were really professional throughout. I will be saving their number and using again!

Tim did an excellent job. He stripped the ground floor bathroom and created a new shower room with wc and washbasin. He also fitted an en-suite Saniflow wc and basin to an upstairs bedroom. Tim discussed each stage of the job, paying attention to detail and planning to achieve a high standard throughout. Paul came round almost immediately to quote for the job I posted. He gave what I thought was a very fair price and a fabulous turn around time (within the week). I was nervous as I had been let down by the previous plumber leaving me hugely out of pocket and in desperate need of help. Paul maintained excellent communication. On the day he was prompt and covered all work areas with sheets which I though was a lovely touch. He kept me informed of what he was doing and got on with sorting the new shower system. I was hugely impressed with his professionalism and found him to be very personable. He had a female colleague with him which had I been alone in my home I would have found very reassuring, she was also lovely and chatty. Paul stayed in contact after the job following up on his visit which I think shows that he is honourable and proud of his work. I’m so impressed, Paul’s number is stored in my phone for all future needs. I will be recommending him to friends and family 10/10
